For the Park Manor Project, we replaced an existing pressure treated deck with a larger, TREX deck. TREX decking and fascia trim installed properly adds great aesthetics and function your deck. It also maximizes the life span of your deck - potentially up to 50 years. 

This new front porch / deck gave this home an amazing facelift. The composite decking, fascia and deck skirting is TimberTech Reserve 'Reclaimed Chestnut'. The railing system is AL13 Home railing by Fortress with a drink-rail feature. 

This was a fun renovation project on a single-story townhouse that was originally built in 2006. Our renovation work on this home involved:

• Removing several walls
• Upgrading the lighting throughout the home
• Adding finished living space in the basement
• Adding an additional bedroom c/w closet
• New LVP flooring in the basement and master bedroom
• New tile flooring in front foyer / living area
• New walk-in tile shower
• New closet systems in multiple closets
• Custom shelving in basement storage room
• New coffee bar in the basement recreation room
• Added a cabinet in the kitchen
• Custom stairs, landing, shelves and work bench in garage 

What is more fun in the summer than building a deck beside a pool? This was a sweet deck designed and built around an existing above ground pool. 

This home's main bathroom receive a significant face lift. It was rewarding to see the transformation take shape. This project included a new whirlpool tub, new LVP flooring, tile tub surround and custom cabinetry. The barn door themed cabinetry is pretty sweet. 

This project was centered around converting a bungalow with a finished basement to multi-generation living space. The existing basement games room / office was transformed into a kitchen / living room in order for the basement to function as an in-law suite. We designed and installed custom cabinetry built to fit the existing space.
